Free standard courier shipping on orders above RM700

We currently offer free standard courier shipping to local customers on orders above RM700 MYR (in a single purchase). However, the total order must amount above RM700 after discount excluding shipping charges.

Different area of Malaysia has a different rate for the first KG of a parcel and additional charge for every subsequent KG. All orders via Express Courier Shipping will take 7 - 10 working days to be delivered to you. Delivery will take place anytime between 8am to 10pm as there is no time slot delivery available.

Shipping & Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • All local orders will be dispatch from the warehouse on Tuesday/Wednesday morning.
  • Parcels are handled and delivered by GD Express within Malaysia. We are unable to guarantee delivery of your order within a specific time frame; however please do allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery within Malaysia.
  • Delivery fees are charged on a flat-rate basis based on the Malaysia area you choose to deliver your parcel to. In the event that a part of your purchases is unavailable and removed from your order regardless of any reasons, the shipping charges will not be reimbursed. 

  • Do note that there will be no shipping reimbursement in the event of refunds and exchanges. 
  • Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us. You can then arrange an alternate delivery address. 
  • In the event that your package is returned to our warehouse due to multiple failed delivery attempts or incorrect/incomplete/invalid shipping address, relevant shipping charges (Express Courier Shipping) will be requested to facilitate the re-shipment of your package.
  • In the event where delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the parcel to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:

(1) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or

(2) no longer make the parcel available for delivery or collection.
