1. Full Time Retail Associate - Penang Branch

• Develop effective sales strategy to grow existing accounts as well as identifying new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales.
• Build in depth relationship with existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customer and responding to general & custom client requests/project via phone, and email. 
• Work closely with sales and production team.
• To handle customers’ feedbacks professionally.
• Managing inventory bi-weekly.

• Candidate must possess at least SPM Level in any field.
• Good command of English (Written and Oral)
• Computer literate and posses good interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQL
• Great if you have prior knowledge about clothing, embroidery, and customization services.
• Relevant experience with proven sales track records and strong market contacts.
• Able to work independently
• Have interest in apparel and uniform industry.

Basic Salary: from RM2000.00 per month + Sales Commission + Travel Allowance

 

2. Media & Communication Internship (Video Editing) - Selangor Branch

Responsibilities:

• To work closely with the marketing team in executing photography and videography for social media content posting or official website use.
• Involve and assist in editing images, including retouching and color-correcting in preparation for online use.
• Actively involve and assist in producing video or photo concepts for social media content needs.
• Assist in creating content for social posting, including product image and short video.
• Individuals must be independent, hardworking, self-motivated, well organized and disciplined.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in the course at least a Diploma in Art/Design/Graphic/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Familiar with editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/Canva)
• Proficient with Bahasa Malaysia and English communication. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Preferred: After Effects and Photography skills.
• Please attach a portfolio or links of your past videography and photography projects

Contract length: At least 3 months

Salary: RM800.00 - RM1000.00 per month
