Please Note:

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to withhold refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse.
  • We are not liable for lost parcels during the return process.
  • If the item you want to exchange is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
  • Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • If you opt for a refund via your original payment method, the refund will be split between store credits and the original payment method.
  • Voucher codes are non-refundable and cannot be re-issued. If you return an item purchased with a voucher code, only the final paid price (after the discount) will be refunded.
  • We cannot accommodate refund reversal requests if 30 days have passed from the refund date.

    Refund

    1. Returns 

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.

    2. Eligibility for Refunds

    To be eligible for a refund:

    • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    3. Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items are not eligible for returns:

    • Custom or personalized items
    • Gift cards

    4. Refund Process

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 - 7 business days.

    5. Late or Missing Refunds

    • If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@greenchef.my.

    7. Return Shipping

    • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Item Exchange

    1. Eligibility for Exchange

    We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size or color of the same design. To be eligible for an exchange:

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
    • The request for an exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    3. Exchange Process

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at sales@greenchef.my with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
    • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

    4. Availability of Replacement Items

    • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the replacement item. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer you a refund or store credit instead.

    5. Return Shipping for Exchanges

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
    • If the exchange is due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    6. Processing Time

    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval of your exchange.
    • If approved, the new item will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days

    Embroidery Policy

    1. Custom Embroidery Orders
    We offer custom embroidery services for selected products. To place an order for embroidered items:

    • Choose the product and specify the embroidery details, including logo, text, font style, size, and color.
    • Provide a high-resolution logo or design file, if applicable.
    • Review and approve the embroidery mock-up before production begins.

    2. Minimum Order Quantity
    A minimum order quantity is not required for logo and name embroidery.

    3. Lead Time

    • Custom embroidery orders typically require 14-28 business days for processing and production.
    • Lead times may vary depending on order volume and complexity. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.

    4. Payment Terms

    • Full payment is required before production begins on custom embroidery orders, including the mould setup fee for logo embroidery.
    • Custom embroidery items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including the mould setup fee, except in the case of defects or errors made by us.

    5. Approval Process

    • A digital proof/mock-up of the embroidery design will be sent to you for approval before production.
    • Please review the mock-up carefully, as we cannot make changes or corrections after approval.

    6. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable

    • Custom embroidered items, including the logo mould setup fee, are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or mistake made by us in the embroidery process.
    • Please ensure all details and specifications are correct before finalizing your order.

    7. Defects or Errors

    • If you receive an embroidered item with a defect or error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
