Voucher Usage

1. Single Use Policy

Each voucher is strictly limited to a one-time use per email address. Multiple uses of the same voucher by the same email will not be honored.

2. Newsletter Subscribe Voucher

The 10% off voucher obtained by subscribing to our newsletter requires a minimum spend of RM200 to be eligible for the discount. Each email address is entitled to receive only one voucher from subscribing to our newsletter.

3. Eligibility

The voucher is only valid for online purchases made through our official website. It cannot be used for purchases made through any other channels, including but not limited to in-store purchases, phone orders, or any third-party platforms.

4. Product Exclusions

The voucher cannot be applied to purchases of Institutional uniforms. Any attempt to use the voucher for these excluded items will result in the voucher being invalidated for that transaction.

5. Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable

This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value. The voucher must be used by the individual to whom it was issued and cannot be transferred to another person.

6. Shipping Costs

The voucher cannot be used to cover shipping costs. Shipping fees, where applicable, must be paid separately and cannot be deducted using the voucher.

Validity Period: Each voucher has a specific validity period. Please refer to the voucher details for the exact expiration date. Vouchers not used within this period will be forfeited.

Combination with Other Offers: Unless explicitly stated, this voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the responsibility of the voucher holder to review these terms regularly.

1. Eligibility

• Individual Participation: Membership is available exclusively to individual persons. Participation is linked to an email address and is not transferable.
• Exclusion of B2B Entities: Companies or entities are not eligible to participate in this program. An invoice with a company name will not be provided for purchases made using a personal account, even if the points are earned in the name of the individual.

2. Earning Points

• Qualifying Actions: Members earn points through qualifying activities such as making purchases, engaging in specific program-related activities, or participating in promotional events.
• Email Verification: Points are tracked and managed through the email address associated with the member’s account.

3. Point Accumulation

• Credit Timing: Points will be credited to a member’s account upon verification of the qualifying action or purchase.
• Non-Transferability: Points are non-transferable and are only valid for the individual account holder.

4. Point Redemption

• Rewards: Points can be redeemed for rewards as outlined in the program details.
• Redemption Conditions: Redemption is subject to availability and additional terms that may apply.
• Expiration: Points must be redeemed within the specified period; otherwise, they may expire.

5. Account Management

• Accuracy: Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their account information, including their email address.
• Adjustments: The company reserves the right to adjust or remove points due to discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Program Changes

• Modifications: The company may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
• Notification: Members will be informed of significant changes to the program terms.

7. Termination

• Conditions: The company may terminate a member’s participation in the program for violations of the terms or suspected fraud.
• Forfeiture: Upon termination, any accumulated points will be forfeited.

8. Liability

• Disclaimers: The company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the program or any technical issues affecting point accumulation or redemption.

9. Data Protection Policy

• Data Collection: The company collects personal information, including email addresses, to manage and track participation in the program.
• Data Use: Personal data is used solely for the purposes of administering the points program, including points accumulation and redemption, as well as for program-related communications.
• Compliance with PDPA: The company adheres to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) and ensures that personal data is handled in accordance with its principles.
• Data Security: The company implements appropriate measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
• Data Retention: Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy and in accordance with applicable laws.

Terms and Conditions for RM1 Apron Campaign

1. Redemption Period: This promotion is valid only from 1 December 2024 to 31 December 2024.
2. Redemption Limit: Each customer is eligible for a maximum of one (1) RM1 apron redemption during the campaign period.
3. Eligible Items: This promotion is valid only with the purchase of any two (2) or more chef jackets or chef pants.
4. Purchase Eligibility: This promotion applies only to purchases made in-store or through our official website.
5. RM1 Apron Details: The RM1 apron offer is valid for our Basic Series aprons only, available in all color options, on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
6. Embroidery: Embroidery services are available for an additional charge. Please note that embroidered items cannot be exchanged or returned after embroidery is applied.
7. Return Policy: Campaign items are eligible for our standard 30-day return policy. However, embroidered items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This New Year Promotion is valid from 26 December 2025 to 9 January 2026, inclusive.

2. Eligibility
Customers who purchase any selected Chef Jacket during the campaign period will be eligible to unlock New Year PWP (Purchase-With-Purchase) prices for selected items.

3. Promotion Mechanic
Purchase any selected Chef Jacket in a single order to unlock PWP prices.

Eligible PWP items are limited to selected products from the following categories:
-Chef Hats
-Aprons
-Chef Pants

PWP prices are valid only when purchased together with an eligible Chef Jacket in the same transaction.

4. Sales Channels
This promotion is available online only via the following official GreenChef channels:

5. Showroom Purchases
This promotion does not apply to walk-in showroom purchases.

Customers who visit the showroom but wish to enjoy this promotion must complete their purchase via the GreenChef Official Website.

6. Product Availability
Promotion is applicable to selected items only, while stocks last.

Product availability, sizes, and colours are subject to stock on hand.

7. Combination & Redemption
This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, promo codes, or ongoing campaigns unless stated otherwise.

Each qualifying order is entitled to the promotion once per transaction.

8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are subject to GreenChef’s standard return policy.

If the qualifying Chef Jacket is returned or cancelled, the PWP items must also be returned, or the PWP price difference will be charged.

9. Order Validation
GreenChef reserves the right to cancel or reject any order that does not meet the promotion requirements or is deemed to be abusive or fraudulent.

10. Rights Reserved
GreenChef reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate this promotion and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Final Decision
All decisions made by GreenChef in relation to this promotion shall be final and binding.
