Voucher Usage
1. Single Use Policy
Each voucher is strictly limited to a one-time use per email address. Multiple uses of the same voucher by the same email will not be honored.
2. Eligibility
The voucher is only valid for online purchases made through our official website. It cannot be used for purchases made through any other channels, including but not limited to in-store purchases, phone orders, or any third-party platforms.
3. Product Exclusions
The voucher cannot be applied to purchases of Institutional uniforms. Any attempt to use the voucher for these excluded items will result in the voucher being invalidated for that transaction.
4. Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable
This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value. The voucher must be used by the individual to whom it was issued and cannot be transferred to another person.
5. Shipping Costs
The voucher cannot be used to cover shipping costs. Shipping fees, where applicable, must be paid separately and cannot be deducted using the voucher.

Validity Period: Each voucher has a specific validity period. Please refer to the voucher details for the exact expiration date. Vouchers not used within this period will be forfeited.

Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the responsibility of the voucher holder to review these terms regularly.
Membership Program
1. Eligibility
- Individual Participation: Membership is available exclusively to individual persons. Participation is linked to an email address and is not transferable.
- Exclusion of B2B Entities: Companies or entities are not eligible to participate in this program. An invoice with a company name will not be provided for purchases made using a personal account, even if the points are earned in the name of the individual.

- Qualifying Actions: Members earn points through qualifying activities such as making purchases, engaging in specific program-related activities, or participating in promotional events.
- Email Verification: Points are tracked and managed through the email address associated with the member’s account.
3. Point Accumulation
- Credit Timing: Points will be credited to a member’s account upon verification of the qualifying action or purchase.
- Non-Transferability: Points are non-transferable and are only valid for the individual account holder.
4. Point Redemption
- Rewards: Points can be redeemed for rewards as outlined in the program details.
- Redemption Conditions: Redemption is subject to availability and additional terms that may apply.
- Expiration: Points must be redeemed within the specified period; otherwise, they may expire.
5. Account Management
- Accuracy: Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their account information, including their email address.
- Adjustments: The company reserves the right to adjust or remove points due to discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity.
