BRAND STORY

Fifty Tales, a modern restaurant that began as a noodle bar, now offers a unique mix of modern Chinese gastronomy. Their lunch menu features Malaysian Chinese noodles, proudly emphasizing not ramen, while dinner showcases a casual "cincai" menu focused on modern Chinese cuisine.

Inspired by Cantonese, Teow Chew, Hokkien, and occasionally Peranakan cultures, the founders respect tradition while reinventing dishes for the modern era.

  • The team chose our Mint Series white chef jacket, featuring exposed ring snap buttons and a modern look with a professional touch.

    Designed with dri-fit material for breathability and comfort, the jacket perfectly complements their theme of modern Malaysian Chinese cuisine.

  • The founder required extra thick aprons resistant to countertop friction and longer aprons to protect against hot soup splashes during preparation.

    In response, we designed a customized apron using 100% cotton canvas, tailored to be longer to meet their needs.
