The rental includes access to the demo kitchen, dining area, furniture, kitchen appliances, and all listed amenities.

The minimum rental time is 4 hours. Additional hours can be added based on availability.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own ingredients, kitchen tools, or equipment.

The kitchen comfortably fits around 7 to 10 people for cooking activities and up to 20 for seated dining or events.

Basic cleaning is required by the renter. We provide garbage bags and cleaning supplies. Deep cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost from RM50.

Yes, public parking is available.

Cancellations made at least 3 days before the rental will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total cost.

Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• Weekend rates apply on public holidays in Selangor.
• A minimum booking of 4 hours is required for both weekdays and weekends.
• The booking date will not be reserved until full payment is received.
• A refundable security deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
• Any additional hour(s) beyond the booked duration will be charged accordingly and deducted from the security deposit.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 3 days before the booking time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancelation made within 3 days of the booking will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the rental period begins.
• In the event of emergency government measures (e.g., lockdown), cancellations within 3 days will not be refunded, but the security deposit will be returned.

3. Use of Studio

• The studio is to be used only for lawful purposes (e.g., cooking classes, food content, workshops).
• You are responsible for your own equipment, ingredients, and personal belongings.
• The maximum occupancy is 20 pax. Exceeding this limit will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
• Camera, shooting, and lighting equipment are not included in the rental but can be arranged for a separate fee.

4. Damages & Security Deposit

• Any damages to studio items will be billed to the renter.
• If the cost of repair/replacement is less than the deposit, the balance will be refunded.
• The security deposit will be refunded within 3 working days after the booking, provided no terms are violated.

5. Cleaning

• Light cleaning is expected by the renter before leaving.
• A deep cleaning fee from RM50 will be charged if required and deducted from the deposit.

6. Conduct & Safety

• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances allowed in the studio.
• Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
• You are responsible for the behaviour and safety of all guests and team members during the rental.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to any personal property.
• Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless the studio and its owners from any claims arising out of the use of the space.

8. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
